Destinations: We ship to all European Union countries, the UK, Norway, and Switzerland.

Note: We currently focus on standard reliable shipping to keep our prices low and our shipping free. Expedited/Express options are not available at this time.
2. Order Processing

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-3 days) + Transit Time.

6. Address Modifications & Cancellations

Cancellations: Please contact us at skipbagservice@gmail.com immediately after purchase. Once the processing stage has begun, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. SkipBag is not liable for items delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
7. Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please reach out to us.

Lost/Stolen: We are not responsible for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for such cases.
