Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached

  • Certain items — including custom products, perishable goods, and final sale items — may not be eligible for return. Please review the product page for specific eligibility details

Return Process

Once approved, we will provide:

  • A return authorization number

  • Detailed instructions for completing the return

Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Return Shipping

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Upon receipt, all returns are inspected and you will be notified of approval or rejection.

In certain cases, returns may need to be sent to our international warehouse. When applicable, return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
